LTS needed high-capacity storage for its new 130,000 sq ft Prologis facility. An integrated storage and safety solution for DJL Petfoods, featuring a bespoke semi-automated pallet shuttle, deep-lane racking, anti-collapse mesh and industrial barriers. Controlled acceleration enables safe handling of unstable pallets up to 2m high. The redesigned process cut unloading time by over 50%, doubled capacity and improved throughput and workplace safety.
