Oakway transformed an empty building in Coventry into a fully operational warehouse, enabling the retailer to consolidate nine UK sites. Oakway transformed a 103,000 sq ft warehouse in Chester into a fully operational logistics depot for PW Gates. The phased fit-out included Apex pallet racking, industrial walling, barriers, protection systems, anti-collapse mesh and VNA floor wiring. Phase One was completed on time, delivering around 13,000 pallet spaces and a clean, dust-free facility aligned with PW Gates’ existing depots.
