Moisture weakened the cartons, making three- and four-high block stacks unstable. Oakway reviewed SKU profiles, throughput forecasts and forklift movements, then designed a semi-automated, two-zone 2-way shuttle system. Pallets were limited to two high to reduce collapse risk. The layout shortened forklift journeys and sped pallet movement. Delivery stayed within the agreed budget and timeframe.

LTS needed high-capacity storage for its new 130,000 sq ft Prologis facility. Comparing manufacturer availability, lead times and pricing helped us secure a six-week supply lead time with competitive pricing. Adjustable pallet racking in a very narrow aisle layout, with 2.2 m aisles, delivered 10,000 pallet locations. The plan allows capacity to grow by 7,000 locations in Phase 2, a 70% increase.
